Privacy Notice

Public blockchain networks are transparent by design. Wallet addresses, balances, smart-contract interactions and transaction histories may be permanently visible to the public and cannot be deleted by Dexstock.

Connecting a wallet may allow Dexstock to associate otherwise public blockchain information with information you voluntarily supply through the Interface, such as a username, profile picture or connected social account.

Depending on how you use the Interface, the following information may be processed:

• public wallet addresses of connected wallets;
• profile information you choose to publish, such as username, display name, picture and bio;
• content you publish, including posts, comments and reactions;
• connected third-party accounts, such as an X account, where you enable that integration;
• technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, and approximate region; and
• product analytics events describing how the Interface is used.

Information is processed to operate and secure the Interface, display your wallet positions and portfolio information, provide social features, prevent abuse, fraud and market manipulation, comply with applicable legal requirements, and improve product performance and reliability.

Dexstock does not sell personal information.

Dexstock relies on third-party providers including hosting and content-delivery providers, RPC and indexing providers, market-data and news providers, analytics providers and social networks. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Dexstock does not control independent third-party providers and cannot guarantee their practices, availability or security.

Where cookies, analytics or similar technologies are used, they may store or read information on your device to keep the Interface functional, remember preferences such as theme and dashboard layout, and measure aggregate usage.

Dexstock does not represent that it collects no personal data merely because wallet access is self-custodial. IP addresses, device information, analytics events and connected social profiles may constitute personal information under applicable law.

Preferences such as your selected theme, dashboard widget layout, watchlist and profile picture may be stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser storage removes this information from your device.

Off-chain information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by applicable law. On-chain records cannot be deleted by Dexstock because they exist on public blockchain networks.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and to data portability.

Requests can be sent to the contact address below. Dexstock may be unable to satisfy a request where the information is recorded on a public blockchain or held by an independent third party.

No system is completely secure. Dexstock never asks for your seed phrase or private key. Any request for wallet credentials claiming to come from Dexstock should be treated as fraudulent.
