Legal, Terms of Use & Risk Disclosures
Last updated: August 10, 2026
Important notice
Please read this page carefully before accessing, connecting a wallet to, or using Dexstock.
Dexstock is a software interface that provides access to information concerning blockchain-based financial assets and enables users to interact with third-party blockchain protocols using their own self-custodial wallets.
Dexstock does not issue Robinhood Stock Tokens, tokenize securities, custody user assets, hold user funds, maintain user brokerage accounts, provide individualized investment advice, provide portfolio management, or act as counterparty to transactions submitted through the interface.
Transactions initiated through Dexstock are blockchain transactions initiated by the user from the user's own wallet. Depending on the implementation and route available for a particular transaction, execution may involve third-party smart contracts, decentralized liquidity protocols, routing infrastructure, APIs, RPC providers, market makers or other third-party infrastructure.
Dexstock does not guarantee that any transaction will execute, execute at a particular price, settle within a particular period, or be reversible.
Robinhood Stock Tokens are not ordinary shares of stock. According to Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited (“RHJ”), Robinhood Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities issued by RHJ that provide economic exposure to specified underlying securities. Holding a Stock Token does not give the holder legal or beneficial ownership rights in or against the issuer of the corresponding underlying stock or ETF.
Stock Tokens are high-risk financial products and may not be suitable for all persons. You may lose some or all of the value of an investment.
Access to Stock Tokens is restricted in numerous jurisdictions. Do not use Dexstock to acquire, sell, transfer or otherwise transact in an asset if doing so is prohibited by the laws applicable to you or by restrictions imposed by the asset issuer.
1. About Dexstock
Dexstock is the name of a software interface and project. As of the date stated above, Dexstock is not represented as the name of an incorporated financial institution, broker, bank, investment firm, exchange, custodian or asset issuer.
References on this page to “Dexstock”, “the Interface”, “we”, “our” or “us” refer to the Dexstock interface and, where applicable, the persons maintaining or contributing to that interface.
Dexstock provides software through which users may, among other things:
- view publicly available information relating to companies, markets and blockchain assets;
- view wallet balances and blockchain positions associated with a connected public wallet address;
- view Robinhood Stock Tokens and related market information;
- view prices, charts, financial information, news summaries and other third-party information;
- prepare transactions for submission through a self-custodial wallet;
- interact with third-party decentralized protocols and liquidity sources;
- view transaction and portfolio information derived from public blockchain data;
- create public profiles and social content where those features are available;
- follow other users and participate in discussions; and
- connect third-party accounts such as an X account where supported.
2. No Issuance or Tokenization by Dexstock
Dexstock does not create, issue, mint, tokenize, sponsor or administer Robinhood Stock Tokens. Robinhood Stock Tokens are issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited (“RHJ”), an entity independent from Dexstock.
According to RHJ's official documentation, Robinhood Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities issued by RHJ. They provide economic exposure to an underlying security, such as a share or ETF, but do not themselves constitute ownership of the underlying security. RHJ also states that Stock Tokens are issued as ERC-20 tokens on Robinhood Chain and that the underlying shares corresponding to Stock Tokens in circulation are held through its relevant custody arrangements.
Dexstock does not independently audit, verify or guarantee:
- the issuance of any Stock Token;
- the assets backing any Stock Token;
- the solvency of RHJ or any associated service provider;
- the custody arrangements for underlying assets;
- the enforceability of rights associated with a Stock Token;
- the accuracy of an issuer's statements;
- the operation of redemption mechanisms;
- the handling of dividends or corporate actions; or
- the continued availability of any Stock Token.
4. No Affiliation With Robinhood
Dexstock is an independent interface. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Dexstock is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, operated by, approved by or acting on behalf of Robinhood Markets, Inc., Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, Robinhood Europe, UAB, or any other Robinhood entity.
“Robinhood”, “Robinhood Chain” and any Robinhood names, trademarks, logos or other proprietary identifiers are the property of their respective owners. References to Robinhood or Robinhood Chain are provided solely to identify third-party infrastructure, assets, documentation or services relevant to users.
The inclusion of Robinhood Stock Tokens within Dexstock does not constitute an endorsement of Dexstock by Robinhood. Likewise, Dexstock's presentation of a Stock Token does not constitute Dexstock's endorsement of that Stock Token.
5. Robinhood Chain
Robinhood Chain is third-party blockchain infrastructure. Dexstock does not own or control Robinhood Chain, its sequencer, validators, RPC infrastructure, smart contracts, bridges, price feeds or other network infrastructure.
Blockchain networks may experience outages, congestion, latency, forks, reorganizations, software defects, security vulnerabilities, protocol upgrades, network interruptions or other unexpected behavior. Robinhood's own documentation states that Robinhood Chain services may contain errors, bugs, security vulnerabilities or design flaws and that availability is not guaranteed.
Dexstock cannot prevent or correct failures occurring at the blockchain or third-party infrastructure level. Use of Robinhood Chain is subject to the applicable terms, conditions and technical limitations established by Robinhood and other relevant infrastructure providers.
6. Self-Custody
Dexstock is designed around self-custodial wallets. Dexstock does not take custody, possession or control of the digital assets held within a user's wallet, and does not hold private keys or seed phrases.
Dexstock cannot independently initiate transfers from a user's wallet, recover a lost private key or seed phrase, reset or freeze a wallet, reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction, or return assets mistakenly transferred to an incorrect address.
Users remain solely responsible for their wallets and the credentials used to control them. Never provide a seed phrase or private key to Dexstock or to anyone claiming to represent Dexstock. If any website, application, social-media account or person claiming to be Dexstock asks for your seed phrase or private key, you should assume that request is fraudulent.
7. Wallet Connections
Connecting a wallet to Dexstock allows the Interface to read information associated with the wallet's public blockchain address and to request transaction signatures. Connecting a wallet does not transfer ownership or custody of the wallet to Dexstock.
Transactions require authorization through the user's wallet unless the user has separately granted a smart contract or protocol an applicable permission or allowance. Users are responsible for reviewing every transaction, signature, approval, token allowance, permit and other wallet request before confirming it.
Blockchain signatures may create legally or economically significant consequences. Do not approve a transaction or signature that you do not understand. Users are also responsible for reviewing and revoking token approvals and smart-contract permissions when appropriate.
Third-party wallet software is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the relevant wallet provider. Dexstock makes no guarantee that any particular wallet will remain compatible with the Interface.
8. Dexstock Does Not Execute Transactions as Principal
Dexstock does not buy assets from users or sell assets to users from its own inventory, and is not intended to become the counterparty to a user's swap. Dexstock does not itself provide the liquidity contained in third-party decentralized liquidity pools unless expressly disclosed otherwise in connection with a specific feature.
The Interface may identify or request transaction routes through third-party decentralized protocols and infrastructure. The resulting blockchain transaction is submitted by the user through the user's wallet.
The exact smart contracts, route, assets, amounts, estimated output, slippage parameters and relevant network fees should be presented to the user before authorization wherever technically available. Users are responsible for reviewing that information before signing.
9. Uniswap Protocol and Third-Party Trading Infrastructure
Dexstock may integrate with or enable users to interact with the Uniswap Protocol or other third-party decentralized liquidity infrastructure. The Uniswap Protocol consists of blockchain-based smart contracts that can facilitate token swaps and liquidity. Dexstock does not own or control the Uniswap Protocol.
The Uniswap Protocol should be distinguished from Uniswap Labs, the company that develops and operates various Uniswap-related interfaces, APIs and other products. Depending on Dexstock's technical implementation, transaction routing may involve direct interaction with Uniswap Protocol smart contracts, Uniswap Labs APIs or routing services, or additional third-party infrastructure.
Dexstock does not represent that Uniswap Labs acts as the user's broker, custodian or counterparty merely because Uniswap technology is involved in a transaction. Third-party protocols and APIs operate subject to their own terms, restrictions and technical conditions.
A transaction route available through Dexstock today may become unavailable in the future. Dexstock does not guarantee continued access to any particular liquidity pool, router, smart contract, API or protocol.
10. Unsolicited User-Initiated Transactions
Any decision to buy, sell, swap, hold or otherwise interact with an asset through Dexstock must originate from the user.
The presence, ranking, display, search result, watchlist entry, trending designation, chart, price movement, social discussion, news item or other presentation of an asset should not be interpreted as a solicitation or recommendation to transact in that asset.
Dexstock does not determine whether a transaction is suitable or appropriate for a particular user, and does not perform a suitability assessment based on a user's financial circumstances, objectives, knowledge, experience or risk tolerance. Users make their own decisions independently.
11. No Investment Advice
Nothing available through Dexstock constitutes investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management, investment research prepared for a particular person, legal advice, accounting advice or tax advice.
Dexstock does not provide personalized recommendations, does not recommend that a user purchase, sell or hold any particular asset, and does not warrant that an investment strategy, trade, asset or portfolio allocation is suitable for a particular person.
Market information, statistics, financial information, charts, news, social activity, trending indicators, rankings and other content are provided for informational purposes only. A decision to transact should be based on the user's own independent evaluation. Users should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
12. No Fiduciary Relationship
Use of Dexstock does not create a fiduciary, advisory, agency, trustee, brokerage, partnership or similar relationship between Dexstock and the user merely by virtue of access to the Interface.
Dexstock does not undertake to act in the user's best interests in selecting, ordering, displaying or presenting assets or information. Information may be presented using automated, objective or editorial criteria. Users should not rely on Dexstock as a fiduciary or personal financial adviser.
13. Geographic and Eligibility Restrictions
Stock Tokens are not available everywhere. According to current RHJ documentation, Robinhood Stock Tokens are subject to restrictions in a number of jurisdictions, including, without limitation, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. RHJ additionally identifies certain categories of prohibited investors and jurisdictions and may modify its restrictions from time to time.
Robinhood Stock Tokens have not been registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered, sold or delivered in the United States or to, or for the account or benefit of, U.S. Persons as defined under applicable U.S. securities law.
Dexstock must not be used to circumvent issuer restrictions, securities laws, sanctions, geographic restrictions, transfer restrictions or other applicable requirements. By using transaction functionality relating to a Stock Token, you represent that you have independently determined that you are legally permitted to acquire, hold, transfer and dispose of that Stock Token.
You must not use a VPN, proxy, false address, false statement, wallet arrangement or other method for the purpose of circumventing a geographic, legal, sanctions, issuer or eligibility restriction. The fact that a token is technically transferable on a permissionless blockchain does not mean that acquiring, holding, transferring or selling that token is legally permitted for every person in every jurisdiction.
The technical availability of an asset through Dexstock therefore does not constitute a determination of legal eligibility. If an asset is displayed to you despite being unavailable in your jurisdiction, you must not interpret its display as authorization to transact. Issuer restrictions may change without notice. Users should review the current RHJ Restricted Jurisdictions page and applicable product documentation immediately before transacting.
14. Sanctions and Prohibited Persons
Dexstock must not be used by or for the benefit of persons subject to applicable economic or trade sanctions.
You must not use Dexstock in connection with transactions prohibited by applicable sanctions, anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing or other applicable laws, or to conceal the identity, location, source of assets or beneficiary of a transaction where doing so violates applicable law.
You are responsible for determining and complying with the laws applicable to you.
15. Stock Token Issuer Risk
A Robinhood Stock Token creates exposure not only to movements in the value of the referenced underlying security but also to risks associated with the Stock Token itself. These may include issuer risk, counterparty risk, custody risk, operational risk, legal risk, regulatory risk, liquidity risk, smart-contract risk and risks associated with the arrangements used to maintain or redeem the product.
The fact that an underlying stock continues to exist or retain value does not guarantee that a Stock Token referencing that stock will maintain an equivalent value or remain liquid. Dexstock does not guarantee the financial condition, solvency or performance of RHJ or any of its service providers.
Users should review the applicable Base Prospectus, supplements, Final Terms and Key Information Document where applicable.
16. Difference Between Underlying Market Price and On-Chain Price
The market price of a Stock Token may differ from the market price or reference value of its underlying security. A Stock Token trades in a separate blockchain-based market with its own supply, demand and liquidity conditions. According to RHJ, deviations may arise from factors including liquidity conditions, mint and redemption pricing and broader market conditions. Therefore:
- a displayed underlying stock price is not necessarily the price at which a Stock Token can be bought or sold;
- a Stock Token may trade at a premium to its underlying reference asset;
- a Stock Token may trade at a discount to its underlying reference asset;
- a quoted price may change before a transaction is confirmed; and
- a transaction may experience significant price impact in a low-liquidity market.
17. Liquidity Risk
Liquidity is not guaranteed. A liquidity pool may contain insufficient liquidity to execute a desired transaction. Liquidity can be added or withdrawn without notice. Market makers may cease providing liquidity. A previously active trading route may disappear. Large transactions may materially affect execution price.
A user may therefore be unable to sell an asset at the expected price, or potentially unable to sell it through a particular venue at all. Historical liquidity does not guarantee future liquidity.
18. Slippage and Price Impact
Blockchain-based swaps are subject to slippage and price impact. The expected amount displayed before a transaction is only an estimate. The actual execution outcome may differ because of changes in pool reserves, market movements, competing transactions, route changes, network conditions or other factors.
Users should review any slippage tolerance and minimum received amount before authorizing a transaction. Setting a high slippage tolerance may result in materially worse execution.
Dexstock does not guarantee best execution or the best available price across every possible venue unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise. Even where routing technology attempts to identify an efficient route, no guarantee is made that another venue, route or point in time could not provide a better price.
19. MEV and Transaction Ordering Risk
Transactions submitted to public blockchain networks may be visible to third parties before confirmation. Validators, sequencers, builders, searchers or other network participants may influence transaction ordering or interact with pending transactions.
This can expose users to risks associated with maximal extractable value (“MEV”), including adverse transaction ordering and other effects that may worsen execution. Dexstock cannot guarantee protection against all forms of MEV.
20. Smart Contract Risk
Smart contracts may contain errors, vulnerabilities or unexpected behavior. Audits, code reviews, public use or a long operating history do not eliminate smart-contract risk.
A bug, exploit, upgrade, governance action, malicious dependency or unexpected interaction between protocols could result in partial or complete loss of assets.
Dexstock does not control third-party smart contracts and cannot guarantee their security. Users interact with third-party smart contracts at their own risk.
21. Blockchain Transaction Finality
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible after confirmation. Dexstock cannot cancel or reverse a completed transaction.
A transaction sent to an incorrect contract or address may result in permanent loss. A transaction involving an incorrect token contract may result in receipt of an asset different from the asset intended. Users should verify all material transaction details before authorization.
22. Token Contract Verification
Assets can share identical or similar names, symbols and branding. A token using the name or ticker of a Robinhood Stock Token is not necessarily an authentic Robinhood Stock Token.
Dexstock should use canonical contract information published by RHJ/Robinhood where available. Nevertheless, users remain responsible for verifying the relevant token contract before interacting with it. Dexstock does not guarantee that token metadata supplied by a third party is complete or accurate.
23. Gas and Network Fees
Blockchain transactions may require network fees. Network fees are determined by the relevant blockchain and network conditions and are not necessarily paid to Dexstock. Fees may vary materially over time. A transaction may fail while still consuming network fees.
Dexstock does not guarantee the amount of any blockchain fee shown before transaction submission. Any separate fee charged specifically by Dexstock, if one is introduced, should be clearly disclosed before the user authorizes the transaction. Unless expressly shown as a Dexstock fee, users should not assume that network, protocol, liquidity or third-party fees are retained by Dexstock.
24. Corporate Actions
The underlying securities referenced by Stock Tokens may be affected by dividends, stock splits, reverse splits, mergers, acquisitions, delistings, symbol changes, spin-offs and other corporate actions. RHJ determines how relevant corporate actions are reflected in its Stock Tokens under the applicable product documentation.
According to RHJ's documentation, some corporate actions may result in temporary trading restrictions, cancellation of orders or other adjustments. Dexstock does not determine corporate-action treatment. Information displayed by Dexstock concerning a corporate action may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Users should consult RHJ's official corporate-action information before relying on Dexstock.
25. Dividends
Holding a Stock Token should not be assumed to provide the same dividend mechanics as directly owning the underlying share. RHJ currently describes a multiplier mechanism under which relevant economic effects such as dividends can be reflected in the token.
Users should review RHJ's current product documentation for the precise treatment of dividends. Dexstock does not distribute dividends and does not guarantee any dividend entitlement or payment.
26. Redemption
Dexstock does not promise or provide redemption of Stock Tokens for underlying securities or cash. Any redemption mechanism is provided under the terms established by RHJ and its relevant service providers.
Eligibility, identity verification, fees, timing, minimum amounts and other requirements may apply. Dexstock cannot guarantee that a user will qualify for or successfully complete redemption.
27. Data Sources
Dexstock may obtain information from multiple external sources, including public blockchain data, issuer documentation, decentralized protocols, market-data providers, company publications, news publishers, public websites, APIs, price feeds, analytics providers and other third parties.
Dexstock does not independently audit every item of third-party data. Information may therefore be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, delayed, incorrectly mapped or temporarily unavailable. Data from two sources may conflict.
Dexstock makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of third-party information. Where information is important to a transaction or investment decision, users should verify it directly with the authoritative source.
28. Market Data
Prices, price changes, market capitalization figures, trading volume, historical charts, liquidity metrics, financial ratios, earnings information, corporate information and similar market data may originate from third-party providers or be calculated from third-party information. Different providers may use different methodologies.
Displayed prices may be indicative rather than executable. Historical price charts do not guarantee that an asset could actually have been traded at every displayed value. Delayed data may be displayed without Dexstock being aware of the delay. No market-data display constitutes an offer by Dexstock to transact at the displayed price.
29. Oracle and Price Feed Risk
Some blockchain applications rely on oracle services to provide external market information on-chain. Robinhood documentation currently identifies Chainlink price feeds as a source of on-chain price data for Stock Tokens.
Oracle data may nevertheless experience delays, disruption, calculation errors, outages or other failures. Dexstock does not operate or control third-party oracle networks and does not guarantee their accuracy or availability.
30. News and Editorial Information
Dexstock may display links, headlines, summaries or structured information derived from publicly available news and other third-party publications. Unless expressly identified otherwise, Dexstock is not the original publisher of third-party news. Ownership of an article remains with its relevant publisher or rights holder.
Where practical, Dexstock should identify and link to the original source. A summary is not a substitute for the complete original article. Summarization may omit material context, nuance, qualifications or subsequent corrections. Automated or AI-assisted summarization, where used, may produce errors.
A headline or summary should therefore not be relied upon as a complete or definitive account of an event. Users should review the original source before making decisions based on news information. The inclusion of an article, source or summary does not constitute endorsement of its content by Dexstock.
31. No Guarantee of News Accuracy
Dexstock cannot guarantee that journalists, publishers, companies, data providers or other external sources have provided correct information. Information may later be corrected, withdrawn or updated. Breaking news may be especially uncertain.
Dexstock is not responsible for trading losses resulting from reliance on news, summaries, headlines, sentiment analysis or other informational content displayed through the Interface.
32. Financial and Company Information
Company descriptions, revenue, earnings, valuation ratios, market capitalization, analyst information, employee counts, management information and other company data may originate from third parties. Such information may be based on different reporting dates, accounting methodologies, currencies or adjustments.
Dexstock does not provide accounting verification of this data. Official company filings and applicable regulatory disclosures should be consulted where accuracy is material.
33. Past Performance
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical returns, charts, user portfolio performance and previous transactions should not be interpreted as predictions.
A user who previously achieved a positive return may subsequently experience substantial losses.
34. Portfolio Information
Dexstock may calculate portfolio value, profit and loss, average purchase price, percentage returns and other portfolio statistics. These figures may be estimates.
Calculations may be affected by missing transaction history, transfers between wallets, unsupported assets, token multipliers, corporate actions, incomplete cost-basis information, third-party price errors and other factors.
Dexstock does not guarantee that portfolio information is suitable for accounting, tax or regulatory reporting. Users should maintain their own records.
36. Public Holdings and Wallet Verification
Where Dexstock associates a profile with a public wallet address, information concerning holdings or transaction history may be derived from public blockchain records.
A wallet connection can demonstrate control of an address at a particular point in time, but it does not necessarily establish the complete identity, wealth, financial position or investment experience of the person operating the wallet. A user may own multiple wallets. A displayed wallet may represent only a portion of a user's assets. Assets may be borrowed, transferred or otherwise temporarily controlled.
“Verified” or similar labels should therefore be interpreted only according to the specific verification represented by that label. They do not constitute an endorsement of the user by Dexstock.
37. Following Users Is Not Copy-Trading Advice
Following another Dexstock user does not create an advisory relationship. Public transactions, holdings or commentary from another user should not be interpreted as recommendations.
If Dexstock later provides functionality allowing users to replicate transactions, separate terms and regulatory analysis may be required before that functionality is offered. The current social functionality should not be interpreted as portfolio management or managed copy trading.
38. Market Manipulation and Misleading Content
Users must not use Dexstock's social features to engage in unlawful market manipulation or deceptive conduct. This includes intentionally false statements, impersonation, fraudulent promotion, undisclosed deceptive coordination, wash-trading schemes, pump-and-dump conduct or other activity prohibited by applicable law.
Dexstock may remove content, restrict accounts or limit access where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, respond to legal requirements or protect the integrity of the service. Removal or non-removal of content does not mean Dexstock endorses or verifies any content.
39. X Account Connections
Dexstock may permit users to connect or display an account from X or another third-party social network. Such integrations are third-party services. Dexstock is not responsible for the continued operation, availability, security or accuracy of those services.
Connecting an X account does not mean that X endorses Dexstock, a Dexstock user or content published through Dexstock. Use of X remains subject to X's own terms and policies. Users should review the permissions requested before connecting an external account.
40. Third-Party Services
Dexstock depends on third-party infrastructure. This can include blockchain networks, wallet software, RPC providers, indexers, APIs, decentralized exchange protocols, liquidity pools, market makers, token issuers, market-data providers, oracle networks, news providers, hosting providers and social networks.
Dexstock does not control these independent services. An integration may stop functioning. An API may change. A provider may restrict access. A protocol may be upgraded. A liquidity source may disappear. A third-party service may experience a security breach or outage.
Dexstock is not responsible for the acts, omissions or continued availability of independent third-party providers. Users may also be separately bound by the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
41. No Endorsement of Third Parties
A link, integration, logo, asset, protocol, wallet or service appearing within Dexstock does not by itself constitute endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation.
Likewise, the fact that Dexstock integrates technology from a third party does not imply that the third party endorses Dexstock.
42. Security Risks
No software system is completely secure. Dexstock, wallets, browser extensions, third-party libraries, RPC providers, smart contracts, APIs or user devices may contain vulnerabilities.
Users face risks including phishing, malware, malicious browser extensions, DNS attacks, compromised frontends, fraudulent token contracts, clipboard attacks, address poisoning, social engineering and theft of wallet credentials.
Users should independently verify URLs, contract addresses, transaction details and wallet prompts. Dexstock cannot guarantee that a user's device or wallet environment is secure.
43. No Insurance or Deposit Protection
Digital assets held in a self-custodial wallet are not deposits held by Dexstock. Dexstock does not provide deposit insurance, brokerage insurance or an investor-compensation scheme for assets held through a user's wallet.
Any protections that may apply to an issuer, custodian or third-party provider must be determined under that third party's own legal arrangements. Users should not assume that traditional bank-deposit or brokerage protections apply to on-chain assets.
44. Taxes
Dexstock does not provide tax advice. Purchasing, selling, swapping, transferring, receiving or disposing of Stock Tokens or other blockchain assets may have tax consequences. Tax treatment varies by jurisdiction and individual circumstances.
Users are solely responsible for determining their tax obligations, maintaining appropriate records and paying any applicable taxes. Portfolio or transaction data displayed by Dexstock should not be assumed to constitute a complete tax record.
45. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
Names, trademarks, logos, ticker symbols and other identifiers relating to public companies, Robinhood, Uniswap, wallet providers, publishers and other third parties belong to their respective owners. Their display within Dexstock is intended for identification and informational purposes.
No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement should be inferred solely from such display. Dexstock users must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual-property rights.
46. Availability
Dexstock may be modified, interrupted, suspended or discontinued. Features may be added or removed. Supported wallets, networks, assets, liquidity sources and data providers may change. Dexstock does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, infrastructure failures, legal requirements, third-party restrictions, security concerns or other events may prevent use of all or part of the Interface. Users should not rely on Dexstock as the only means of accessing assets held in a self-custodial wallet. Because users control their own wallets, they may be able to interact directly with compatible blockchain infrastructure independently of Dexstock.
47. No Guarantee of Transaction Availability
The presence of a Buy, Sell, Swap or similar button does not guarantee that a transaction can be completed.
Transactions may fail because of insufficient liquidity, token restrictions, smart-contract conditions, insufficient gas, network errors, slippage limits, wallet errors, protocol failures, geographic restrictions or other causes. Dexstock does not guarantee transaction acceptance or settlement.
48. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Dexstock and the information and functionality made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
No representation or warranty is made that Dexstock will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. No representation or warranty is made concerning third-party protocols, assets, smart contracts, data, news, wallets, blockchain networks, APIs or other external services.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
49. Assumption of Risk
By using blockchain transaction functionality, you acknowledge that blockchain-based assets and tokenised financial products involve substantial risks.
These include market risk, total-loss risk, issuer risk, liquidity risk, regulatory risk, custody-related risk at the issuer level, blockchain risk, smart-contract risk, oracle risk, counterparty risk, operational risk, cybersecurity risk, transaction-ordering risk and the possibility of legal restrictions affecting an asset.
You are responsible for understanding these risks before transacting. You should not transact with assets you cannot afford to lose.
50. Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the maintainers and contributors to Dexstock shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from matters outside their reasonable control, including third-party protocol failures, blockchain failures, wallet compromise, issuer defaults, liquidity failures, incorrect third-party data, third-party API outages, unauthorized transactions resulting from compromised user credentials, market movements or irreversible transactions independently authorized by a user.
Nothing in these disclosures excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. In particular, nothing on this page is intended to exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
51. User Responsibility
Before submitting a transaction, users are responsible for understanding:
- the asset they are acquiring or disposing of;
- the identity of the token issuer;
- the token contract involved;
- the applicable issuer documentation;
- whether the transaction is lawful in their jurisdiction;
- the transaction route;
- the asset and amount being spent;
- the asset and estimated amount being received;
- price impact;
- slippage;
- network and protocol fees;
- wallet approvals;
- smart-contract risks; and
- the possibility of losing some or all of the value involved.
52. Changes to Assets or Legal Restrictions
A Stock Token that is displayed or tradeable at one time may subsequently become restricted, delisted, paused, unsupported or unavailable. Legal and regulatory requirements may also change.
Dexstock may restrict or remove functionality where reasonably necessary to respond to changes in issuer restrictions, sanctions requirements, laws, regulatory guidance, protocol conditions, security risks or third-party availability. The ability to access an asset in the past does not guarantee future access.
53. Privacy and Public Blockchain Information
Public blockchain networks are transparent by design. Wallet addresses, balances, smart-contract interactions and transaction histories may be permanently visible to the public.
Connecting a wallet to Dexstock may allow Dexstock to associate otherwise public blockchain information with information voluntarily supplied through Dexstock, such as a username or connected social account. Users should assume that information intentionally published on a public profile may become publicly associated with their wallet address. Blockchain records generally cannot be deleted by Dexstock.
A separate Privacy Notice explains any off-chain personal data collected by Dexstock, the purposes for which it is processed, relevant service providers, retention practices and users' applicable privacy rights.
55. No Circumvention
Dexstock may not be used to circumvent restrictions imposed by an asset issuer, smart contract, protocol, sanctions regime, geographic limitation or applicable law.
The existence of a permissionless technical pathway does not constitute permission under law or under an issuer's product restrictions. Attempts to disguise location or eligibility for the purpose of obtaining prohibited access may result in restriction of Interface functionality.
56. Changes to These Disclosures
These disclosures may change as Dexstock, Robinhood Chain, Stock Tokens, Uniswap infrastructure, applicable laws or third-party integrations evolve. The “Last updated” date identifies the most recent revision.
Users should review the current version periodically and particularly before using transaction functionality after a material change. Changes to third-party terms can occur independently of Dexstock.
58. Regulatory Notice
Blockchain technology does not by itself determine the regulatory classification of an asset or service. Tokenised financial instruments may remain subject to securities and financial-services laws even though they are issued, transferred or traded using distributed-ledger technology.
Nothing in these disclosures should be interpreted as a statement that Dexstock, its functionality, or any particular transaction is exempt from financial-services regulation.
The legal treatment of an interface can depend on its actual functionality, control, routing arrangements, remuneration model, targeted jurisdictions, promotional activities and other facts. Dexstock's functionality should therefore be reviewed as the product evolves.
57. Official Documentation
Users should consult primary sources rather than relying exclusively on Dexstock. Third-party documentation may change after this page is updated.

59. Important Stock Token Warning
Robinhood Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. They are not ordinary shares of the referenced company. They provide economic exposure to an underlying security but do not give the holder ordinary ownership rights in that underlying security. They involve a high level of risk and may result in partial or total loss. Availability is restricted by jurisdiction. Review the RHJ Base Prospectus, applicable Final Terms and current Restricted Jurisdictions information before transacting.
Short trading disclaimer
You are trading a Robinhood Stock Token, not the underlying share. Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited and may be restricted in your jurisdiction. Dexstock does not issue the asset or custody your funds. Transactions are initiated from your self-custodial wallet and executed through third-party blockchain infrastructure. Prices, liquidity and data are not guaranteed. You may lose some or all of your investment. Review the issuer documentation before trading.
35. Social Feed and User-Generated Content
Dexstock may provide social features through which users can publish posts, comments, opinions, charts, images, trades or other content. User-generated content represents the views of the relevant user, not Dexstock.
Dexstock does not verify that a user is qualified to provide financial commentary. Nothing posted by another user should automatically be treated as investment advice, professional research or a reliable statement of fact.
Users may have undisclosed financial interests in assets they discuss, and may make false, misleading, manipulative, incomplete or outdated statements. A large number of likes, followers, reposts or positive comments does not make a claim accurate. Users should independently verify information before acting on social content.
